Personal Commissions

■ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
■ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
■ All artwork is transferred digitally.
■ Clients are entitled to 5 alterations maximum with verified purchase.
■ No AI or NFT use is permitted on any of my artwork.Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD. Full payment is required following the completion of the initial sketch. You are subjected to pay a waitlist reservation fee, which will be deducted from the cost of your overall commission, if there is a waitlist in place at the time of your request.All commissions are first-come-first-serve basis. Under the condition there is a wait-list in place, an estimation will be given as to when your commission will be started. Turnaround time is generally 2-3 weeks dependent on the scale of work. An estimation will be provided for completion time, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission. WIPs (Work in Progress shots) will be provided periodically for feedback.My artwork is for personal use only and falls under my copyright. No commercial or AI use of my artwork is permitted. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know! Any alteration of my work and intellectual property is not permitted without my explicit permission given, including generative AI training. You must provide credit to my name and/or social media if you post my work for public viewing on any platform.You are entitled to a full refund under the condition that progress has not proceeded past the initial sketch phase. I reserve the right to issue a partial refund subject to the progress of the paid commission. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.

What you Get:
■ Full resolution .png image(s) free of protection marks and filters. Artist signature and name must remain intact.
■ Rights to utilize character design for future personal projects and commissions.
■ In-game character name if applicable.
■ In-game TRP3 Profile if applicable.
■ Rights to modify and alter character design in future projects.Restrictions:
■ You may not modify or alter the transferred images without my explicit permission.
■ You may not utilize character design for any NFTs, generative AI training, production, or prompts.
■ You may not re-sell or re-distribute character design without my explicit permission.
■ You may not utilize character design for any commercial or non-personal use.
■ Posting my artwork for public viewing on any platform must be credited to my name or social media.Payment:
■ Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD.
■ Bidding will take place via discord thread.
■ The highest bidder OR best offer will receive digital files following confirmation of payment.
■ You will be held responsible to payout the amount written if you are the winning bidder.
■ This is a one time purchase. Refunds will not be given following the exchange of digital files.
